Backend Developer (Web2)

• Design, build, and maintain APIs using Node.js, TypeScript, and Express or NestJS.
  

• Integrate with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and third-party APIs.
  

• Ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability of backend services.
  

• Collaborate with frontend developers and product teams on new features.
  

• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
  

• Write clean, maintainable code with proper testing and documentation.

Must-have

• 5+ years of experience in backend development.
  

• Strong skills in Node.js, TypeScript, and API architecture.
  

• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and performance tuning.
  

• Understanding of cloud services (AWS, GCP, etc.) and deployment pipelines.
  

• Familiarity with Agile and collaborative workflows.
  

• Fluent in Spanish. English is a plus.
  

Nice-to-have

• Exposure to projects involving AI, data processing or automation.
  

• Experience with Docker, CI/CD, or infrastructure-as-code.
  

• Knowledge of observability tools (logging, metrics, tracing).
