Solidity Blockchain Engineer

We’re looking for a Solidity Blockchain Engineer to design and develop smart contracts that power decentralized applications. You’ll work closely with product and protocol teams to build secure, efficient, and scalable on-chain logic that supports real-world Web3 use cases.

Main Responsabilities

  • Design, develop, and test smart contracts using Solidity for Ethereum or EVM-compatible chains.
  • Collaborate with frontend, backend, and protocol teams to define on-chain/off-chain integration.
  • Write modular, gas-efficient, and auditable contract code.
  • Design and run unit tests and security validations using frameworks like Hardhat or Foundry.
  • Participate in code reviews and promote blockchain security best practices.
  • Integrate smart contracts with Web3 frontends or backend services.
  • Stay current on trends in the Ethereum ecosystem, including L2s and tooling.

What We’re Looking For

Must-have

  • 5+ years of experience in blockchain development with focus on Solidity.
  • Strong understanding of Ethereum architecture, gas optimization, and security.
  • Experience with testing and deployment tools (Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle).
  • Familiarity with on-chain standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155).
  • Understanding of smart contract upgradeability and design patterns.
  • Fluent in English. Spanish is a plus.

Nice-to-have

  • Knowledge of L2 solutions (Optimism, Arbitrum, zk-rollups).
  • Experience working with oracles (Chainlink, Pyth).
  • Familiarity with contract auditing and security tools.
  • Exposure to DeFi protocols and composability patterns.
  • Contributions to open-source Web3 projects.
