Headhunter (Web3)

• Source and attract candidates for technical and strategic positions (developers, PMs, designers, etc.).
  

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and follow-up.
  

• Maintain updated pipelines in internal tools and track candidate progress.
  

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define sourcing strategies.
  

• Use platforms like LinkedIn, Wellfound, GitHub, and Twitter for talent scouting.
  

• Represent Rather Labs’ culture and projects clearly and professionally in candidate interactions
  

• Track performance and iterate sourcing strategies based on feedback and outcomes.

Must-have

• +5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in tech/startups.
  

• Familiarity with technical stacks and talent evaluation for dev and Web3 roles.
  

• Experience using outreach and sourcing strategies in global platforms.
  

• Strong communication skills in Spanish and English (written and oral).
  

• Residing in Capital Federal (CABA) – this is a mandatory requirement.
  

Nice-to-have

• Experience in Web3, blockchain, or crypto recruitment.
  

• Familiarity with ATS systems and internal databases.
  

• Interest in employer branding or talent marketing.
  

• Knowledge of compensation models in LATAM and international contracting.
