Product Lead (Web2)

At Rather Labs, we're looking for a Product Lead with an entrepreneurial mindset, strategic vision, and a passion for building from scratch. This role is ideal for someone eager to take ownership of early-stage products and operate as a bridge between vision and execution. If you're waiting for someone to tell you what to do, this isn’t for you — we're looking for thinkers, doers, and challengers.

Main Responsabilities

  • Own and lead early-stage products, from problem definition to solution execution.
  • Manage the full product development cycle: discovery, MVP design, user validation, and iterative improvements.
  • Set up and improve operations to support product growth — you don’t just think it, you make it happen.
  • Define and track key metrics (KPIs, OKRs) to drive decision-making.
  • Align strategy and execution across technical and business teams.
  • Research markets, analyze data, and identify trends to suggest features or pivots.
  • Gather and interpret user feedback into concrete improvements.
  • Document insights, decisions, and processes to scale what’s built.

  • Hands-on, analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with product management tools (Notion, Jira, Figma, Airtable, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and synthesis skills.
  • Intermediate/advanced English (oral and written).
  • Fluent Spanish is required.
  • Remote only | Residing in Capital Federal (CABA) is mandatory | 8 hours per day
