Onboarding sprint
A structured 1-week onboarding to get the engineer productive: codebase walkthrough, environment setup, and a small first task to establish working rhythm.

Yes. We can place engineers at 50% allocation for teams that need senior guidance without a full-time commitment. Minimum 20 hours per week to maintain productive engagement.
We have a 2-week trial period built into every engagement. If the fit is not right in the first two weeks, technically or culturally, we replace the engineer at no additional cost.
No. All work product belongs to you. Engineers sign an IP assignment and NDA as part of their engagement agreement. We can provide a copy of the standard agreement during the scoping call.
