You describe the role, stack, team dynamics, and expected output. We assess fit against our roster and tell you honestly if we have the right match.

Engineer introduction

You meet 1-2 matched engineers. Technical interview in your format. No agency recruiter in the room: you talk directly with the engineer.

Onboarding sprint

A structured 1-week onboarding to get the engineer productive: codebase walkthrough, environment setup, and a small first task to establish working rhythm.

Embedded delivery & scaling

The engineer operates as a full team member: standups, PRs, direct communication with your PM. Add more engineers as the roadmap grows, with a consistent RL point of contact throughout.

We typically engage for a minimum of 3 months. This gives enough time for the engineer to onboard, become productive, and deliver meaningful output. Shorter engagements are possible for well-defined scopes; discuss with us.

For roles within our active roster (Solidity, full-stack React/Node, AI/ML), we typically introduce candidates within 5 business days. For specialised or unusual roles, it may take 2-3 weeks.

Yes. We can place engineers at 50% allocation for teams that need senior guidance without a full-time commitment. Minimum 20 hours per week to maintain productive engagement.

We have a 2-week trial period built into every engagement. If the fit is not right in the first two weeks, technically or culturally, we replace the engineer at no additional cost.

No. All work product belongs to you. Engineers sign an IP assignment and NDA as part of their engagement agreement. We can provide a copy of the standard agreement during the scoping call.
