Main Responsabilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Source, screen and interview candidates using various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks) to identify qualified AI and blockchain professionals.
  • Assess candidates' skills, experience and cultural fit to determine their suitability for specific positions.
  • Manage the hiring process from start to finish, including tracking each candidate through every instance.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent network in the AI and blockchain sectors to proactively identify potential candidates.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI and blockchain technologies to effectively assess candidate capabilities.
  • Collaborate with HR and recruiting teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for successful candidates.

To Apply You Need
  • Demonstrated experience of at least 3 years as an IT recruiter, preferably focused on AI and blockchain.
  • Candidate must be able to hold fluent conversations and interviews in English and Spanish.
  • Strong understanding of AI and blockchain technologies, trends and labor market dynamics.
  • Familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms.
  • Excellent sourcing and networking skills to identify and engage with top talent.
  • Ability to learn the suitability of candidates for AI and blockchain positions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting hiring goals and delivering high quality hires.
